One of the main pillars of REEM is the transference of knowledge between the groups that compose the network.
Through our formative programs, researchers with different specializations can improve their knowledge range and assimilate techniques being held in other laboratories.

The formation program is coordinated from Malaga by PhD Óscar Fernández, supported by the coordination of REEM.
