Objetives: Developing new biological tests that allow the monitorization of the clinical course of MS and it's variants such as optical neuromielitis. Such a test includes the determination of antibodies (both auto-antibodies and IFNB neutralizing antibodies), peptides and little molecules in serum, brain liquid or PBMCs of patients with MS. It's predictive ability will be established through the usage of patient pools and it's ability to identify patients with optical neuromielitis or variables of that disease.
