Objetives: To identify the polimorphisms and elements of genetic regulation that take part in the susceptibility to suffer MS, modificate it's clinical course or have effect in the response to the immunomodulative treatment. We also analise through systems biology the pathogenesis of MS. The identification of those elements may allow the development of new biological markers and therapeutical targets.
